• Establish strategic alignment with your C-suite
• Clarify scope and prevent scope creep
• Define governance and decision rights
• Create a reference document for onboarding and conflict resolution
• Review and refresh annually

Setup Steps:

1. Duplicate this page in your Notion workspace
2. Fill in your company specifics in each section (use the examples as guides)
3. Get C-suite buy-in through the socialization process (see end of this asset)
4. Publish and share with all GTM stakeholders
