How to Use This Asset

Purpose: Revenue breaks at handoffs. This RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) clarifies who does what, who makes decisions, and who needs to be looped in. Use this to:

• Eliminate ambiguity about ownership
• Prevent "I thought you owned that" conflicts
• Create escalation paths when things go wrong
• Onboard new team members ("Here's what Sales owns vs. RevOps")
• Review quarterly to catch evolving confusion

Key Principle:

• R (Responsible): Does the work
• A (Accountable): Owns the outcome (escalates if it fails)
• C (Consulted): Provides input but isn't accountable
• I (Informed): Needs to know the result

Golden Rule: Each task should have exactly ONE (A). Too many accountable owners = no accountability.

Setup Steps:

1. Print or download this asset to reference during team meetings
2. Review with functional leaders (Sales, Marketing, CS) to validate ownership
3. Publish to Notion and share with GTM teams
4. Reference when conflicts arise ("Let's check the RACI...")
